Neil is a Nashville native son. He went to local schools – Percy Priest, JT Moore and Hume Fogg before graduating from the University of Virginia with a double major: a BS in Business from the McIntire School of Commerce, and a BA in Mathematics. He then started his career at Cary Street Partners in Charlotte, NC as an Investment Banking Analyst before returning to his hometown roots and Avondale Partners where he is a Healthcare Investment Banking Associate.

He is quick to point out that his life outside of work revolves around his wife Logan – an exceptional occupational therapist – and his dog Rett. Upon closer inspection it is interesting to note that they have the same hair coloring. After taking Rett for a run through the local park, it would not be uncommon to find Neil enjoying an Old Fashioned while grilling steaks with Logan. After dinner there may be a casual card game of Spades with friends. And if you golf with Neil you should know he carried a single digit handicap in high school.

While his travels have taken him throughout Europe (Paris, Rome, Munich, Florence, London, Venice, Amsterdam, Zurich) – as well as Barbados for his honeymoon – he is still very much a Nashville guy at heart.
